I’m Steph, mum of 2 boys, an athlete & a woman’s health & fitness coach. I started my fitness journey in 2012. I just wanted to get in shape & be able to maintain my health & fitness through motherhood.

Running was my first love. More than the physical challenge & health benefits of running, what really got me hooked was the mental challenge & the positive psychological effects that came with it. Self discipline, delayed gratification, resilience, perseverance, grit & confidence.

I have since explored multiple training disciplines including CrossFit, OCR & currently bodybuilding. I adjust my running training & weight training according to my training phases so that I can get the most out of each discipline & remain a well rounded athlete. I’m passionate about woman’s health & fitness & I think this brand will bring invaluable opportunities for woman in the Middle East to take their running, their bodies & their mental strength to the next level! It’s going to be epic!
